One-patch bump from 0.70.162, staying vendored (Route A).

What changed

Re-vendored the framework tree at v0.70.163 via buddy upgrade --version 0.70.163. This was nearly mechanical because every one-time reconciliation from the 0.70.162 upgrade (PR #28) carried over:

catalog block in package.json (11 entries for catalog: refs)
@stacksjs/dtsx + bun-plugin-dtsx at ^0.11.1 (d.ts generation fix)
config/qb.ts ORM route loader
App-owned cookie→bearer bridge in layouts/postline.stx — survived the upgrade untouched (the payoff of re-homing it out of the vendored dev proxy)

Verification

Framework build: exit 0, 0 failures
Tests: 36 pass, 0 fail
Typecheck: exit 0, 0 TS errors
Browser QA: all 6 composer providers (Bluesky/LinkedIn/Instagram/Threads/Mastodon/Blog), analytics rendering, dark mode, 0 console errors
