This PR is the initial progress of this package, since this is a wrapper to the SDK, I created the contract and facade classes so that we can use this package as such.

use Meema\LaravelMeema\Facades\MeemaMedia as Media

I also created the model classes which implement the interfaces in the Contracts directory.
