Summary

Map all component color and radius roles to LogHQ's existing light/dark palette.
Correct the mobile subscription input's flex basis so stacking does not make it 240px tall.
Add generated-CSS and responsive-layout regression tests.

Local lint, typecheck, test, and build passed.
Desktop/mobile public-page QA completed; no horizontal overflow at 375, 768, and 1280px.
Mobile subscription field measured 44px; desktop/tablet remained 46px.
Light/dark component contrast checks passed in the preceding theme QA.
Authenticated dashboard workflows were not covered.

Awaiting owner merge approval. Merging main does not deploy LogHQ; production requires a separate promotion to the production branch.
