Tracks native-platform follow-up from #66 after stale deterministic harness expectations are removed.
The logical corpus models localAddress metadata, fetch HTTP/2 cleanup, and gRPC server shutdown through virtual transports. That does not prove native Windows libuv behavior for:
- binding HTTP/2 clients to 127.0.0.2 or other explicit local addresses
- pooled HTTP/2 teardown without WSAECONNRESET between tests
- grpc-js server shutdown without leaked or reset native handles
Acceptance criteria:
- add Windows-native integration coverage that bypasses virtual registries
- verify explicit localAddress and localPort binding through the libuv connect path
- verify pooled fetch HTTP/2 sessions close without WSAECONNRESET
- verify grpc-js shutdown releases all native handles and ports
- run under normal Windows CI and the relevant sanitizer or handle-leak configuration
- keep deterministic logical suites green
