Zig 0.17.0-dev.1476+91a29d7 lowercases std.builtin.OptimizeMode enum cases. The TLS build still references .Debug in logging and generated P-256 code, which breaks downstream mail builds. Update all OptimizeMode references, pin the tested minimum dev revision, and verify the complete TLS test/build suite with the current official master toolchain.
