Warm comparison runners past optimizer tier thresholds

#443

Problem

Three reduced warm calls did not cross the eight-entry optimizer threshold, so one-time compilation could land inside scored samples.

Acceptance

  • Direct and independent-steady zig-js/JSC runners use the same explicit warm-call count above current tier thresholds.
  • Cold-lifecycle mode remains intentionally unwarmed.
  • Generated methodology and benchmark docs state the exact warm-call count.
  • Harness/publication tests pass.
  • A complete clean-head matrix is regenerated and the README scorecard is published from raw evidence.

Result

0c9b329 gives both direct and steady zig-js/JSC runners ten symmetric reduced warm calls; cold lifecycle remains unwarmed. 69c975e publishes the July 22 report, all 1,540 raw samples, concise benchmark documentation, and the generated README scorecard. All 55 tooling tests and the complete 1,404-test engine suite pass.
