There's no Follow model/table/endpoint. The feed is global-only and profiles have no followers/following. This is foundational for a Strava-like social product.
Done (commit 488f5fb). Follow model + follows table; POST /api/users/{id}/follow (auth, idempotent toggle, follower from session, self-follow blocked); GET /api/users/{id}/follows (counts + ids). Frontend: useFollows hydration, feed Following/Everyone toggle + per-author Follow button, profile Followers/Following counts. Seeded 5 follow edges; verified toggle/counts/auth via harness. Note: the follow button currently lives on the feed (not the leaderboard) — leaderboard follow buttons + other-user athlete profiles are part of #963.
