Refs #25. Everything except the LICENSE line, which needs you (below).
The fact that was on no page at all
The issue asks for the CPU architecture and notes the repository cannot answer it, since the DMG is built by whichever Mac runs uplink:release. So I downloaded the shipped one and looked:
$ lipo -archs Uplink.app/Contents/MacOS/Uplink
arm64Apple Silicon only. An Intel Mac cannot open Uplink, and nothing on the site, in the README or in the release notes said so. Someone on a 2019 MacBook Pro could buy a licence and find out afterwards. It is the first line of the new block.
(The same mount confirms LSMinimumSystemVersion 13.0 and CFBundleShortVersionString 0.1.4, so the macOS floor the page states is right.)
The block
Six requirements above the download button, in the order someone hits them: the Mac, the macOS version, the agent CLI, Full Disk Access, permission to control Messages, and a Mac that stays awake. They were spread over a monospace caption, a hero line, two collapsed FAQ answers and an install step below the button.
macOS 13 moved out of the caption rather than being repeated. It was already in the hero and the caption; adding the block without removing one would have put the same fact on the page three times.
The satellite qualification
The page leads with satellite in the <title>, the hero and the first step. The one caveat that matters, that texting your own number may never reach the Mac, was the first FAQ behind a collapsed summary further down. It is one sentence above the button now, linking to the full answer, which needed the FAQs to have ids. All seven got one, so any of them can be linked.
One thing the issue asked for that would now be false
It asks for "free, open source, MIT" wording. Uplink is not free — it is $1.99 a month. That requirement was written before licensing landed. The copy says "Open source, MIT licensed" and links the licence, without the word that would now be a lie.
What needs you
LICENSE.md:3 says Copyright (c) 2023 Open Web Foundation, which is scaffold boilerplate. I have not touched it, because a copyright line is a legal statement and I would be inventing the holder: package.json has no author, and the footer credits Stacks without claiming ownership. Tell me the holder and year and it is one line.
That is the only reason this says Refs rather than Closes.
Verification
Rendered the page and checked the output rather than the template:
requirements rendered: 6
An Apple Silicon Mac / macOS 13 or later / Claude Code or Codex
Full Disk Access / Permission to control Messages / A Mac that stays awake
satellite link -> true details id=satellite -> true empty ids -> 0
MIT link -> true releases link -> true github in nav -> true
downloadMeta -> "Version 0.1.4, 35 MB"163 unit tests, buddy lint, buddy typecheck and stx typecheck on index.stx all clean, and the no-dash grep still returns nothing.
The nav link is in site-nav.stx, which six views include, so it appears on all of them.
