Problem: SQS producer exists but is disabled + has no working consumer (audit: src/lib/sqs.ts, collect.ts).
Scope: either complete the producer→queue→consumer→DynamoDB path (for write spikes) or remove the half-wired code.
Done when: the ingest path is either fully buffered or cleanly direct — no dead branch.
