hasConverted/markConverted is a per-process Map capped at 1000 sessions with arbitrary eviction — the same session converts once per Lambda instance and again after restarts. Revenue-grade metric, inflated. Fix: conditional put on CONV#{sessionId}#{goalId} with attribute_not_exists + TTL.
