CRITICAL: late events silently undercounted across all stats

Severity: CRITICAL (silent data loss) · Where: src/handlers/stats.ts:30-46; src/lib/rollups.ts:170-178 Events timestamped in an already-rolled day but arriving after the rollup completes are excluded from both the rollup (idempotent skip) and the raw window (which starts the day after rolled days). Impact: persistent silent undercount of views/visitors on busy sites — numbers are quietly wrong. Fix: re-include the current day in the raw window, or recompute today's rollup on read / on late arrival.
