Allow accepting a "ranking" prop that updates/sets the ranking of the table type (index)

Please describe the feature

This would not be a reactive feature because ranking updates against the search engine take a varying amount of time.

We could possibly think about allowing updating the index settings as well with the prop values provided. This would just require one API call to check/update. Additionally, we would also want to leave a notification in the console/UI because these search engine settings updates could require require rebuilding parts of the index (which the search engine handles itself)

Implemented in https://github.com/stacksjs/table/commit/24d30885c3227c2cc85f7aa74740277f24d4a9d0. The package now has one typed driver contract, one-time ranking configuration, and tested Memory, Meilisearch, Algolia, and Typesense drivers without vendor SDK dependencies.
