Implement dummy search database for improved DX

And then ensure to add it to terminals.json

Let's see if there is a good dummy Meilisearch server we can use to point to. In that case, we would not need to make edits to the terminals.json file since we don't need to spawn a local Meilisearch server

Implemented in https://github.com/stacksjs/table/commit/24d30885c3227c2cc85f7aa74740277f24d4a9d0. The package now has one typed driver contract, one-time ranking configuration, and tested Memory, Meilisearch, Algolia, and Typesense drivers without vendor SDK dependencies.
