fix(hydration): a component's client scope is never registered, so its signals are undefined and it renders nothing

Components drop every attribute except className: `title`, `id`, `data-*` and `aria-*` land in data-stx-props and never reach the DOM, and `$attrs` is reserved but undefined

Table: TableHeader has no scope and a sortable header is mouse-only, and Table has no caption

Form controls: Select/Textarea/NumberInput have no v-model, Select options cannot come from the client, and TextInput is always type="text"

Tabs cannot be controlled: no v-model or change event, and the panels must live inside it, so URL- or store-driven tabs with lazy sections cannot use it

Dialog and Drawer have no stack: with one open over another, one Escape closes both and the Tab traps fight

strict: `allowPatterns` is rule-global, so a justified violation forces you to disable the rule app-wide or never set `failOnViolation`

Tooltip: `aria-describedby` is on the wrapper div, so the description never reaches the slotted control

Button: a reactive expression in the slot renders to nothing, so the button ships unnamed — #2034's `:label` fix does not cover it

Tooltip: `role="tooltip"` with no `aria-describedby` is never announced, plus no Escape, `pointer-events-none` and `whitespace-nowrap`
