Extend the dashboard pos view + orders board: ticket queue by station, order status advance (received -> preparing -> ready), PrintDevice kitchen tickets, pickup-handoff QR scan-to-complete, dine-in round stream, tip-out summary at close.

Oldest first, because a kitchen works a queue. Modifiers are resolved to "Protein: Carnitas" rather than ids a cook would have to look up, the customer's note is in the accent colour, and the wait turns bold past twenty minutes. It polls, so a screen left open all service stays current.
advanceOrder refuses to jump to DELIVERED: a kitchen's vocabulary is received, cooking, ready, and the last word belongs to the handover.
Not done here: PrintDevice tickets to a physical receipt printer, and tip-out. Both are framework features this has not wired up.
