- Normalization rules for timestamps, IDs, paths, and ordering
- Database, queue, cache, storage, mail, realtime, and deploy driver contracts
- Explicit pass/fail/skipped/unsupported distinctions
- Third-party runner guidance and machine validation
Governance status
Implementation is complete in c7dabd9. RFC 0003 remains Proposed through the public review window ending 2026-08-20 and depends on ratification of RFC 0002.
