Summary

Map component color and radius roles to ReportsHQ's existing palette.
Move grid layout inside the sign-in and two-factor forms so the native hidden attribute controls visibility.
Preserve authentication logic and add generated-CSS and login-layout regression tests.

Local lint, typecheck, test, and build passed.
Public-page desktop/mobile and light/dark theme QA completed.
Browser verified initial sign-in-only state, 2FA-only challenge state, and return to sign-in after an expired challenge.
Transition checks used a local simulated auth response, not a real-account authentication test.
No horizontal overflow at the verified 375px challenge and 1280px sign-in viewports.

Awaiting owner merge approval. Main automatically deploys after its CI gates pass.
