Migrate :text bindings to {⁠{ }} interpolation (stx 0.2.72)

Resolves #2.

stx 0.2.72 fixes the long-standing bug where rendered as literal text inside client-reactive :for/:if subtrees (stacksjs/stx#1748 + multi-root setup hydration). With the fix in place, the :text= workaround this app used everywhere is no longer needed, and is the cleaner, idiomatic form.

Changes

• 18 :text bindings → across pages/index.stx (13), pages/ports.stx (4), components/Nav.stx (1). Every site sits on/under a client :for/:if and reads a signal, derived, or loop var.
• Bumps @stacksjs/stx + bun-plugin-stx to ^0.2.72 (the version carrying the fix) — the migration depends on it.

Not touched

• No :html/x-html sites in this repo (those stay — would escape).
• No server @foreach/@if bindings.

Verification

Served via bun serve.ts; both / and /ports return 200 (~200 KB) with every migrated preserved and cloaked for client hydration, zero :text= remaining, and no processing errors in the log. Framework-level reactive hydration of under :for/:if was independently confirmed in a real browser (headless Chrome via CDP) on stx 0.2.72.
