Route A upgrade (#25): re-vendors the framework to 0.70.162 (first release with our socials PR stacksjs/stacks#2072). Reconciliation: Bun catalog added to package.json; dtsx bumped to ^0.11.1 (fixes the interface-extends d.ts bug the 0.70.162 build rejects); config/qb.ts for the ORM route loader (#1930); unique-index migration for social_drivers.provider (#1952); cookie->bearer bridge re-homed from the clobbered vendored dev proxy into the app layout. Verified: framework build clean, 36 tests, tsc exit 0, pickier clean, browser QA green (all 6 providers, queue/calendar, analytics, dark mode). Closes #25
