File search finds a file by name and can open it, reveal it or copy its path. Everything else means leaving for Finder.
Scope
- Step into a folder from a result and browse its contents with the keyboard, with a path shown and a way back up.
- Preview the selected file with Quick Look without leaving the palette.
- Act on the selected file: move, copy, rename, duplicate, trash, open with a chosen application.
- A destructive action asks first, consistent with the system commands.
Constraints
The sandboxed build only reaches what the user has granted. Browsing outside the granted scope needs the persistent access work in #4, so that should land first or alongside.
