pantry install generates pantry.lock at the repo root. It is currently untracked and matched by no ignore rule, so it shows as a stray file after a fresh setup.
hq.training tracks its equivalent, so this repo probably should too. Either commit it or add an ignore rule, rather than leaving it dangling.
