Context
Tracking item from internal task list — the repo currently doesn't have a canonical src/ directory. Application/CLI code lives at the root.
Proposal
Add a src/ dir and migrate source files into it. Matches the convention of every other stacksjs lib (ts-images, ts-cache, clapp, etc.) and makes future packaging / multi-entry builds easier to wire up.
Acceptance
- Source files moved under

.dmg(and any future Windows/Linux artifacts — see #2) - No public API change
Notes
Marked optional in the original task drop — not urgent, but worth doing before the deps-tooling angle (separate issue) lands.
