Confirm the trackpad swipe and Cmd+Shift+H by hand

Two features are verified as far as software can verify them and need a person at the machine for the last inch.

The Arc swipe between spaces

Everything below the gesture is tested:

  • craft/packages/zig/src/scroll_gesture.zig — the NSEvent phase state machine, 6 tests. Momentum is deliberately dropped so a swipe settles at finger-up rather than at the end of coasting.
  • stx/packages/components/src/ui/sidebar/swipe.ts — the pure geometry (settle target, rubber-banding, axis lock, commit distance/velocity), 24 tests.
  • The bridge is confirmed present in a live window: window.craft.gestures.onSwipe exists and <SidebarSpaces> binds it.

Unverified: that two fingers on a real trackpad feel right — that the axis lock is not fighting a diagonal swipe, that the commit threshold matches intuition, and that a rejected swipe animates home convincingly.

Cmd+Shift+H

The bridge receives {"a":"register","t":"shortcuts","d":"{\"id\":\"harness.summon\",\"accelerator\":\"Cmd+Shift+H\"}"} with no error. Unverified: that pressing the keys focuses the window and puts the cursor in the composer, and that the accelerator does not collide with something else on a real desktop.

Done when

Someone swipes, presses, and says whether it feels right.
