Mac suites have produced execution HTTP child exits of 137 without identifying the last fixture phase or whether the parent watchdog requested the kill. Retain bounded phase events, independent child runtime identity, and parent settlement/watchdog records so the next failure can be investigated. Failed fixtures retain private stdout, stderr and lifecycle files. A missing completion sentinel still fails through a fixed diagnostic without printing raw output. Evidence-write failures preserve the actual child result.
The 35-second SIGKILL watchdog, 40-second case deadline and native authorization, database, router and streaming assertions remain unchanged. This adds observations and does not establish or fix the original cause of #93.
Validation:
- Native Pickier lint, app/runtime types and docs build.
- Full HTTP file: 10 passing cases under observed Bun 1.4.3, parent and child identities recorded independently.
- Explicit Bun 1.4.2 real-process controls: success cleanup, external SIGKILL, actual watchdog kill, failed stdout/lifecycle writes and missing completion sentinel privacy.
- Actual original 19-file prefix under pinned Bun 1.4.2: 208 passed, 24 skipped, 0 failed across 232 tests. All ten HTTP children independently reported Bun 1.4.2 and completed without watchdog or cleanup kills.
- Independent Spec and Standards reviews clean after resolving the raw-output assertion.
This is stacked on #92. Its three-file observation change can be reviewed against that branch while the parent workflow qualifies.
