The homepage still described an implemented Pi AI Camera adapter as future work and presented the project primarily as a companion layer. Update it to reflect the owned runtime, estimation, controls and missions, with experimental status and disabled physical commands visible above the simulator.
Make the owned neutral-only Pico 2 bench the first hardware path, keep external controllers optional, and scope the displayed limits to the home simulator. Simplify navigation, expose Docs, add a working keyboard skip link and summarize the already-published bounded VTOL wind cases in the docs introduction.
Validation: native Buddy lint/typecheck/docs build and STX typecheck pass; 53 existing follow/camera tests pass. The generated 91-page docs build has 6,748 internal links with zero broken pages or anchors. Actual compiled browser checks pass at 1280 px and 320 px, including target loss, keyboard focus and docs/hardware navigation. Independent Spec and Standards reviews are clean. Open Farming’s published implementation-status and flight-stack pages were checked without source changes. Full exact-head CI is required before main publication; earlier migration-fixture and HTTP timeout failures remain unresolved and are not certified fixed by this copy update.
