The owned VTOL wind experiment was only available through custom library setup. Four named wind cases now share the native Buddy command, copied standalone CLI and mission workspace, with recorded exposure checked against the wind actually integrated by the plant. Headwind and tailwind require completed transitions and landing contact; east/west crosswind limit cases retain their blocked back-transition envelope outcome without claiming hover or landing.
The workspace and README/VTOL docs show the declared vector/onset separately from observed exposure and disclose the unsupported crosswind envelope. Absent, early, late or opposite wind and partial runs cannot qualify under a scenario name. Four standalone electrical CI cases run outside the checkout. Existing controller gains, source guards, finite budgets, authority and physical inhibition are unchanged.
Validation: native lint and app/runtime/STX types passed; 273 focused actual-runtime, native CLI, workspace and fixed-wing tests passed with 10,690 assertions. The 90-page docs build, roadmap/parity checks and CLI build passed. Fourteen copied-CLI comparisons passed, including all new wind cases with electrical off/on, invalid/partial selectors and four byte-identical parent reports. Actual compiled STX browser QA covered all four outcomes, selection clearing, battery on/off and 320/375 px layouts without overflow or console errors. Both independent Spec and Standards reviews are clean.
Exact complete Linux qualification is pending. This branch includes the previously reviewed model/braking change in #88 and callback diagnostics in #86 while those await main publication. Original failures remain retained. The initial portable comparison harness incorrectly ran Buddy outside a project; its retained failure was corrected by running Buddy in the project and copied binaries outside it. No physical, HIL or firmware SITL acceptance is claimed.
Progresses #87 and #12. Crosswind completed flight, wider winds and onset phases, measured-airframe evidence and the remaining issue acceptance criteria stay open.
