test: qualify execution visibility across native renewal

#85

An authorized workspace renewal can clear completed private views between separate DOM reads, and an ordinary refresh can cancel an explicit admission before a POST. The browser qualification now consumes the completed digest and matching execution from one authorized DOM frame, observes the actual private-view clearing/restoration, and requires a fresh explicit decision after cancellation.

The controlled native regression proves zero cancelled POSTs followed by exactly one newly authorized admission. Existing application cancellation, source authorization, stream framing and private-data clearing stay intact. The shared bounded wait returns the satisfying value without changing its truthy semantics or deadlines.

Published as Chris without coauthors by normal fast-forward to main 8477de9. Exact-source Linux CI passed all five jobs and required steps: 1,797 passes, 41 skips, zero failures and 500,372 assertions across 1,838 tests in 212 files. The original archived logs also verify all 11 standalone VTOL reports with neutral inhibited outputs. Native controlled browser checks, focused client tests, lint/types and independent Spec/Standards reviews passed.

The exact transport timing behind the original intermittent admission failure remains unproven under #34. Its original failure evidence is retained; the controlled regression does not reclassify that history. Automatic main CI is a separate observation.
