The native vtol:simulate command now exposes 14 named modeled cases, explicit fault phases and the optional electrical model through the shared owned runtime. It reports actual recovery, pause/resume, abort/contact, host loss and held-recovery outcomes rather than treating every scenario as a completed route.
This source is now included on origin/main in f90a68e, alongside #84's common workspace. The normal fast-forward push preserves Chris as author and committer, without coauthors. The exact combined-source Linux workflow 40002358828 passed all five jobs and required steps, with 1,796 tests passed, 41 skipped and zero failed. All11 standalone VTOL reports match their intended outcomes and finish with neutral inhibited board outputs.
The original exact-head d472f19 workflow 39998010728 remains a failure: the execution-browser catalog wait expired with no admission POST. Its backend suite and CLI checks passed, but that does not qualify the failed workflow. The later combined-source success is separate and does not establish the original transport cause or a browser fix.
Native command flags, error/exit behavior and existing hover behavior retain their comparison evidence. Physical actuation remains disabled. Broader envelopes, fresh-process restoration and physical/HIL/SITL evidence remain open under #12.
