Plan and simulate a monitoring mission with georeferenced observations and calibrated environmental samples.
Acceptance criteria
- Track sensor calibration, timestamp/location, sample chain of custody and uncertainty.
- Include wildlife disturbance/exclusion constraints, authorized anti-poaching observation and human review.
- Demonstrate sampling-payload failure, geofence changes and reproducible data export.

Scope and evidence
This is planned work, not a claim of implemented capability. Preserve explicit operator authority and report simulator, bench, HIL and vehicle evidence separately. The owned implementation must remain replaceable behind the shared driver and mission contracts.
Owned synthetic atmosphere checkpoint
Published source: c0779cf. Native Stacks environment:simulate flies one fixed two-height synthetic cell sampling mission on the owned runtime, applies a declared calibration model, associates observations with qualified estimated pose and retains conditional uncertainty and provenance. Nominal, sensor-loss and collection-site-policy closure runs use the native mission engine; expected fault demonstrations can be qualified while the mission aborts. Site closure is a collection-policy interlock, without a claim that the runtime geofence was changed.
Semantics, evidence and limits. Three actual compiled runs exported five-file private datasets with checked hashes, bytes, completion and native mission replay outside the checkout. Same-engine nominal repeat was byte-identical; existing output was refused. Closed stdout failed while its completed dataset remained independently replayable. Published to origin/main at c0779cf. Exact-commit CI passed all five jobs on Linux/Bun 1.4.3: 1,066 passed, 39 skipped, zero failed and 407,300 assertions across 159 files, plus 13 Python bridge tests and compiled command checks. Skips are not executed evidence. Post-main CI also passed all five jobs.
The original acceptance boxes remain unchecked. Unsigned provenance is not authenticated chain of custody. Physical samples/calibration, wildlife disturbance, exclusion enforcement, authorized anti-poaching observation, human review, actual geofence replacement, richer sensors and field qualification remain open. No wildlife recognition, authority or physical sampling claim is made.
