Recursive releases now replace the declared Zig and JSONC versions when forced synchronization is requested, even if they have drifted from the root. The real CLI regression covers root/workspace, Zig, Pantry and JSONC metadata. RED 39131710399 reproduced the unchanged native version; full source CI 39131836737 passes lint, types and all tests (479 pass, two existing skips, zero failures). Existing optional Netlify documentation checks remain red and are unrelated to package publication.
