Preserve root-anchored ignore rules during recursive releases

A normal Pickier patch release failed because recursive discovery reached into its Git-ignored Zig dependency cache. .gitignore contains the root-anchored path /packages/zig/zig-pkg; Bumpx handed a cached dependency build.zig.zon to git add, which rejected the ignored path and forced rollback.

Correct root-anchored ignore matching and preserve each ignore file's base directory through both package.json and additional-manifest recursion. Cover literal and wildcard rooted rules, directory boundaries, nested ignore files, unrelated similarly named packages, and the real CLI bump leaving cached versions untouched. Keep the opt-out available.
