provide deterministic patch release scripts

Problem

The repository release interface only exposes an interactive bun run release. Maintainers and automation cannot invoke the standard deterministic bun run release:patch entry point used across the Stacks ecosystem.

Scope

• Add release:patch, release:minor, and release:major scripts.
• Keep recursive workspace versioning, commit, tag, and push behavior behind the repository-owned scripts.
• Exercise release:patch to publish the lock-atomic release.

Acceptance

• bun run release:patch creates and pushes one patch release without prompting.
• The root and publishable workspace packages remain synchronized.
• The release commit and tag are generated by Bumpx itself.

Implemented in 53ec738 and exercised by v0.2.8. bun run release:patch created and pushed the synchronized release commit/tag, and the Releaser workflow completed successfully: https://github.com/stacksjs/bumpx/actions/runs/29889752165
