One fix the bot couldn't make: the sdk peer range was ^0.117.1 — a single-minor 0.x caret that didn't even admit the 0.120.0 we develop and test against. It now spans the floor through what the suite actually exercises.
After this merges, buddy's own satisfied-PR closer (under test since #1443) should retire #1398 on its next check run — a live exercise of that path.

Full suite 2380 pass / 0 fail against the new lock. Typecheck and pickier clean. bun outdated reports nothing in range.
