0.11 resolves its config as buddy (buddy.config.ts, config/buddy.ts, .config/buddy.ts). Every repository set up before the rename has buddy-bot.config.ts or config/buddy-bot.ts, and that file is not read at all: getConfig() returns the empty defaults (owner: '', name: '') and the run reports success against nothing.
stacksjs/better-dx#966 hit this and renamed its file. Stacks cannot simply do the same: its config/ directory is the framework's typed config, and config/buddy.ts there reads as the config of the Stacks CLI, which is also called buddy. Every scaffolded Stacks app ships config/buddy-bot.ts.
Fix: pass alias: 'buddy-bot' to bunfig's loadConfig, so the old name is a fallback and a buddy config still wins when both exist. Covered by test/config-legacy-name.test.ts (fails without the alias).
