Polish positioning & UX around caffeinate as primary use case

Context

Barista's primary value prop is preventing the Mac from sleeping (caffeinate-style), with menu bar management as a secondary feature. The current README lists caffeinate as one bullet among many, which under-sells the headline use case.

Scope

  • Reframe README intro to lead with the caffeinate story (replacement for Caffeine.app / Amphetamine / KeepingYouAwake)
  • Add a comparison section vs. existing caffeine apps (size, startup time, native, free)
  • Surface caffeinate prominently in screenshots / GIF
  • Audit menu bar UX: is the caffeine state always one click away from the menubar icon?
  • Confirm the duration presets (15m/30m/1h/4h/8h/12h/indefinite) match what users of Caffeine.app expect
  • Docs site: dedicated "Caffeinate" page covering edge cases (sleep on lid close, display sleep vs system sleep, etc.)

Out of scope

  • Menu bar management feature — separate issue if needed
