Gap
You cannot rename or delete a site, or edit its settings — only GET/POST /api/sites exist (routes/analytics.ts:366-408); no PUT/PATCH/DELETE for sites. The settings JSON is used only for the share token.
Proposed
Add site edit (name, domains, timezone, retention) and site delete (cascading data deletion — pairs with the erasure issue), plus a settings UI.
Priority: P1.
