[Bug] Support for 'runs-on: windows-latest'

Thanks for the great utility- we use it over at TV Rename:

https://github.com/TV-Rename/tvrename/blob/master/.github/workflows/dotnet-desktop.yml

we use files: | TVRename-*-Installer.exe

to pick up the build generated installer to add to the release. However the filename is not preserved:

eg: https://github.com/TV-Rename/tvrename/releases/tag/v5.1.4

We'd like the filename to be "TVRename-v5.1.4-Installer.exe" rather then the full path.

What are we doing wrong? please help!

Update I think it may be because the script assumes a certatin / format

const fileName = file.split('/').pop() || file

I an using it in a runs-on: windows-latest enviroment
