fix(action): normalize zig package name underscores to hyphens on publish
#206Problem
Zig requires build.zig.zon's .name field to be a valid enum literal, so the zig libraries use underscores (e.g. .zig_tls, .zig_js). The pantry registry's canonical package name uses hyphens (zig-tls), which is what registry.pantry.dev/zig/search and pantry.dev list.
The Setup-Pantry action's publish: zig path published the raw .name verbatim, so every Actions-driven release landed under a parallel zig_* namespace (e.g. zig_js, zig_test_framework) that diverges from the zig-* names the site shows — making it look like repos weren't published even when their workflows succeeded.
Fix
Normalize _ -> - when deriving the package name in publishZigPackage, so each repo's release workflow publishes under the canonical hyphenated name. dist/index.js rebuilt.
Verification
- All 13 zig repos now have a valid
PANTRY_TOKENsecret; re-runs publish with HTTP 201 (previously 401). registry.pantry.dev/zig/searchlists all 13 canonicalzig-*packages with non-empty tarballs.
