Dependency specs keep trailing YAML comments (darwin:tcl-lang.org=8.6.16 # 9.0.2 introduced...)

readPantryPackageInfo in packages/ts-pantry/src/fetch.ts parses package.yml dependency lines with a regex that keeps everything after the colon, so an inline comment becomes part of the version: python.org's catalog entry has darwin:tcl-lang.org=8.6.16 # 9.0.2 introduced a build issue on darwin. 58 distinct dependency specs across src/packages carry such comments (some truncated at an apostrophe), and they flow into generated.zig. Every consumer strips '#' on its own, and installer.zig treats any spec containing '#' as optional. The Zig deps.yaml parser also cuts quoted values at a '#' inside the quotes.
