libpng.org 1.6.59 missing from the registry

libpng.org's catalog lists 1.6.59 but the registry's newest artifact is 1.6.58. The 2026-09-29 publish (run 36505590278) tried to build 1.6.59 before SourceForge served the tarball, classified it as a phantom version, and nothing retried it. pkgx has no 1.6.59 prebuilt, so the mirror cannot fill it either. Installs resolving libpng.org^1 against generated.zig asked for 1.6.59 and failed (client side fixed in 1d46d5f).

libpng.org 1.6.59 is now published for darwin-arm64, linux-x86-64 and linux-arm64 (publish-changed-packages runs 37177834484 and 37178956207). The linux-arm64 leg first failed in fix-ups: removeLaFiles stat()ed a dangling libpng.la link after removing libpng16.la; fixed in 89ca07c. Client side, sub-dependencies now resolve against the registry instead of generated.zig's newest (1d46d5f).
