Picks up the fix for stacksjs/stacks#2344, which was closed as completed.
resolveAttachTargetBox now returns a typed failure with the HTTP status and body instead of an empty array, and resolves the Hetzner token the same way its caller does. That is exactly what the report asked for.
Even if the deploy still fails, this version will say why rather than blaming provisioning for a box that is running.
Also brings ts-cloud 0.8.3 to 0.9.4.
Validation: tsc --noEmit clean; tests 70 pass / 22 fail across 92, identical to the baseline on main, so no regressions.
