Verified general reproducer on ec18f7f, native SHA-256 68c6ed517f9125ae1b570ff2e585c5b368745389af828258f6621fe5e6e0311c:
owner exports interface Base<t> { value: T; metadata: Record<string, string>; }; a barrel re-exports it; consumer imports Base and declares interface Derived<t> extends Base<t>. Valid inherited value/member assignments produce TS2304 plus TS2339 in Home, while pinned TS 6.0.3 and native TS 7.0.2 are silent. Negative consumer controls must produce exactly two TS2322 and one TS2339. The same failure is confirmed for number, symbol, mixed key domains and a finite string-literal union. All complete outputs are retained locally; these were untimed diagnostic probes.
Investigation shows whole-declaration admission rejects non-any Record schemas, even where the concrete program instantiator already handles primitive index domains. Do not simply relax schema admission: finite keys, generic key substitution, aliases, readonly flags and unsupported domains need exact semantics and negative coverage before becoming eligible. No library-specific shortcuts, any fallback, diagnostic suppression, altered Zod sources, or timing before admission.
Acceptance: general source-owned Record transfer and regression tests; pinned reference-compiler positive/negative agreement; full relevant test gates; unchanged pinned Zod graph diagnostic delta; fair performance qualification if required; small Chris-authored conventional main commits linked here. Zod remains unadmitted (195 TS diagnostics plus three HM9002); no universal-performance claim.
