home-lang/home

feat(codegen): natively compile a Home HTTP server using the stdlib

#799

Problem

Native imports only look for src/<path>.home or <path>.home in the working directory — there is no stdlib resolution, and packages/http is written in Zig. Every working server example is a Zig program (examples/http_router_example.zig); the Home-source server example lives in examples/wip/. The AOT story for servers needs a server written in Home that compiles to a native binary. (New direction.)

Evidence (origin/main @ d4b219507)

Scope

  • Stdlib module resolution for native builds.
  • Home-language bindings for sockets and the HTTP package (or a Home-source HTTP/1.1 implementation).
  • Move a server example out of wip/.

Acceptance criteria

  • home build of a Home TCP/HTTP echo server produces a working x86_64-linux binary.
  • A smoke test in CI starts it and issues requests.
