test(ts): align export-list harness with renamed-hidden controls

#653

The repository-wide bench/vs_tsgo unittest discovery runs 95 tests but currently fails three assertions in test_audit_export_lists.py. The audit was fairly expanded from 96 to 128 cases by adding a fourth renamed-hidden control for each declaration/placement/order combination. That control intentionally adds export { hidden as public } to the owner and expects TS2460 (or TS2305 through a barrel), but the structural tests still assume three-case groups, an always-clean first item in each misaligned group, and byte-identical owner sources for every negative.

Update only the harness invariants to the actual fair design: 128 unique cases, four controls per order, appends-only app mutations for ordinary negatives, the exact owner-side rename addition for renamed-hidden, and source/diagnostic parity across root order. Do not change audit cases, expected compiler diagnostics, or benchmark inputs. Tracked alongside #487.

Fixed by c215ebe3d. All 95/95 benchmark harness tests pass, scoped Pickier passes, and the unchanged export-list audit passes 384/384 process checks across TS 6.0.3, native TS 7.0.2, and Home. Documentation is staged separately.

Completed by c215ebe3d and documented in 4fda2da9e. The audit cases and compiler oracles remain unchanged; export-list checks pass 384/384, all 95/95 harness tests pass, and scoped Pickier is clean.
