Native Bun.Image: verify codec and backend parity across platforms

#593

Parent trackers: #66 and #202.

Main now admits all four unchanged Bun.Image corpus files through Home's production VM on macOS in bbe83cd4f: 222 passed, 0 failed, 0 unsupported, 0 TODO, matching pinned Bun 4982b91e3702094330f3be3883354c52b8c01323 (222 passed, 7,132 assertions). The copied files are byte-identical.

This issue owns the remaining platform matrix rather than leaving it implicit in the master tracker:

  • execute the unchanged four-file image directory on Linux and Windows;
  • validate static codecs and platform backends (including WIC/system behavior where applicable);
  • preserve the adversarial, allocation/lifetime, resize-kernel, and Sharp/libvips reference assertions;
  • do not replace unavailable platform facilities with success-shaped stubs or corpus rewrites;
  • record exact pass/skip/TODO/assertion counts and any honest platform guards.

The macOS corpus suppression is removed. Close this issue only when the supported platform matrix has equivalent production-VM evidence.
