Tracks native integration debt from #66 after the deterministic run-crash-handler corpus marker is removed.
The logical harness synthesizes exit codes, report URLs, acknowledgement fetches, and OOM wording. It does not execute real signal reset, fatal traps, symbolization, reporter upload, reentrancy, or true OOM paths.
Acceptance criteria:
- exercise SIGTRAP, SIGILL, panic, segfault, and OOM in isolated native subprocesses
- ensure JavaScript signal listeners cannot intercept fatal traps
- preserve Darwin Mach-O offset behavior
- suppress reporting when the panic handler is intentionally bypassed
- validate reporter payload, upload acknowledgement, URL output, and OOM-specific wording
- prove crash-handler reentrancy and cleanup are signal-safe
- keep the deterministic logical corpus green
