Bun parity: verify WebSocket proxy close reentrancy

Current verification confirms that closing a wss WebSocket during an in-flight HTTP CONNECT/TLS proxy handshake exits cleanly without the historical reentrant double-free/crash.\n\nAcceptance:\n- exact upstream file: 1 passed, 0 failed/todo/unsupported/allowed-empty\n- contiguous positions 4202-4214: 13 files, 72 passed, 1 upstream todo, zero failed/unsupported/allowed-empty\n- no code change required; existing permanent regression remains active

Verified complete without a new code change.\n\nThe exact upstream position-4214 test passes 1/1, and its permanent regression pin already exists from d71f6a9.\n\nContiguous positions 4202-4214 now pass 72 active tests across 13 files, with one upstream todo and zero failures, unsupported, or allowed-empty cases.\n\nContinues #400 and advances #66.
