Account Socket.IO utility methods skipped corpus

Bun compatibility slice

Account for js/third_party/socket.io/socket.io-utility-methods.test.ts at exhaustive corpus position 4059.

Bun disables the complete suite with describe.skip. Home should preserve the runtime Adapter base for the top-level DummyAdapter, erase type-only imports, resolve client/support imports, report one suite-level todo with no unsupported or allowed-empty classification, and pin the fixture in the permanent matrix.

Implemented and pushed in 8991f09d2.

Home now preserves the runtime Adapter base used by the top-level DummyAdapter, removes only the BroadcastOptions/AddressInfo/client-socket type imports, resolves the Socket.IO client and support imports, and permanently asserts Bun's one suite-level todo.

Verification:

• focused position 4059: 1 file, 0 failed, 1 todo, 0 unsupported/allowed-empty;
• Socket.IO positions 4050–4059: 10 files, 13 passed, 12 explicit todos, 0 failed/unsupported/allowed-empty;
• permanent gRPC error-stack, SQL adapter-contract, third-party corpus, and 36-case diagnostic suites all pass.
