Port gRPC StatusBuilder API

Scope

Port grpc-js StatusBuilder with module/root export identity, fluent withCode, withDetails, and withMetadata methods, and omission of unset fields from build().

Tracked from #66.

Implemented and pushed in c4258d7e5 (feat(third-party): port gRPC status builder).

Bun corpus position 3996 (js/third_party/grpc-js/test-status-builder.test.ts) is fully ported:

• root and build/src/status-builder exports share the exact same StatusBuilder constructor
• withCode, withDetails, and withMetadata are fluent
• build() returns a fresh status object and omits every unset field
• the upstream file is locked into the permanent third-party mini-suite

Validation:

• position 3996: 2 passed, 0 failed, 0 todo, 0 unsupported
• positions 3995–3996: 47 passed, 0 failed, 4 upstream todos, 0 unsupported
• permanent corpus accounting, 22/22 gRPC diagnostics, SQL adapter contracts, and third-party mini-suite: all green
• zig fmt --check and git diff --check: clean

Cumulative ledger through position 3996: 338 executable files, 2,907 passed, 217 todo, 0 failed, 0 unsupported, 171 allowed-empty.
