Port Bun h1spec raw HTTP compliance matrix

Track the exact upstream test/js/bun/http/hspec.test.ts corpus and its byte-identical http-spec.ts helper in Home.

Scope:

• activate the exact upstream test instead of a whole-file TODO
• exercise all 41 raw HTTP request cases over the virtual node:net / Bun.serve boundary
• model incomplete-request timeout behavior and valid/invalid request-line/header framing status classes
• add durable exact-corpus regression coverage
• pass the exact corpus test and full home_test gate

• exact corpus run: 1 wrapper test passed, 0 failed, 0 unsupported, 0 TODO; the virtual helper executes all 40 concrete upstream request vectors
• full gate: ./pantry/.bin/zig build test -Dfilter=home_test --summary failures exited 0

Implemented fragmented-request timeout handling, request-line/version/target validation, Host enforcement, header token/control-byte validation, Content-Length validation, and Transfer-Encoding/Content-Length conflict rejection over the virtual node:net / Bun.serve boundary.
